I just recentley bought a gigabyte gtx 1070 windforce oc :http://uk.gigabyte.com/Graphics-Card/GV-N1070G1-GAMING-8GD#kf this is the graphics card and i also have a amd phenom II x6 1075t for a CPU , this is the power supply i have right now http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/office-home-extreme/extreme-power-plus-460w-120mm-fan/ i used to have a sapphire r9 270x vapor x but it broke

So will this psu be enough for my pc?

The GPU and CPU aren't the only parts of your PC that draw power.

I think their calculations are not too bad and they...

Nope. I wouldn't wanna risk a 1070 on a 460w PSU. I would suggest getting something near 600 watts to be safe.

Oh and the gtx 1070 will be bottlenecked by the Phenom I would suggest getting a new processor next time

I think their calculations are not too bad and they recommend a PSU which is on the safe side.

I tried to replicate your PC from the info provided by you and made some assumptions for the rest, using the newest AMD CPU they have on their list because yours wasn't on there and ended up with 450W minimum. This matches my expectations that your PSU is definitely on the lower end.

You should not try to run this setup because it could damage your PC. I recommend a 600W, which should be more than enough for your needs.
