[SOLVED] Does a can of compressed air enough to clean this junk ?

I've cleaned worse with less than a whole can of air. just go outside to do it.
hold the fans still when blowing out the heatsinks and the PSU. do not let the air spin the fans - possible spindle damage depending on fan just do not chance it.
make sure the fans are spinning with no resistance or replace them while the case is opened.

Take it outside, a couple of cans, maybe.
I've seen worse.

I'd probably use an old (dry, of course) toothbrush to loosen things up from the heatsink fins, fan blades, and back of the PCBs. Then finish it off with the compressed air can.
