Solution
personally i would not risk it , even if by some miracle you do get components working , you may encounter no end of issues , you would have to replace your psu at the very least and then may damage it powering components that you have no idea how badly they are affected
save your pennies and buy or build a new system
Hi MacHDMinecraft
Unfortunately i would say your pc is now dead
the powersupply will be unuseable and extremely dangerous to even try to power up ,
every component in your pc will be damaged by the water and will be unsafe and unuseable , do not even try to use this computer or any components now , it will be dangerous to say the least
the only thing that may be reuseable and that is without the front panel connectors is the case
your cpu and motherboard will be damaged , and your gpu
i hope you were insured

Was t PC connected t power when it got flooded? If not, if u r VERY careful t drain all t water out of it n get it completely dry, it may work.

If it was plugged in but turned off, yo PSU should b changed, but t other components may b salvagable as above.

in terms of safety, t PSU n monitor r t components t b REALLY careful wit as they r t ones that take mains power
