Filling the drive's full capacity is one of the things you should never do with a solid-state drive. A nearly full solid-state drive will have much slower write operations, and eventually will slow down your whole system. However, they can do that long before becoming completely full.
Do you have TRIM enabled?
The performance of the SSD is determined much more from the data you turnover (write & delete), not the amount of the data itself.
So if you store your gameplay recording on the SSD, I strongly recommend doing otherwise and find a different storage location for those.
