I have the Zotac GTX 1050ti OC card. Currently I am using it with an intel i5 system via pcie slot. Can I pair it up with ryzen5 2600x on a B450 or X470 motherboard??

why wouldn't you be able to do that?
would be understandable if Intel was making GPU's to compete with AMD GPU's alongside CPU competition, but that's not the case, and therefore GPU's are universal. They have nothing to do with "compatibility" with a CPU.
The only time you run into any kind of "compatibility" issues, is when trying to pair an ancient GPU with newer systems, or new GPU's with ancient systems.

Thank you very much for the clarifying.
