does a hackintosh crash often??? please recommend some components...

Hello people, I wanted to know that does a hackintosh crash often???
And please suggest me some components under 80000 INR...
I am planning to use

Intel i7 4790k
Cricial 16 gb ram
Samsung 840 EVO 250 gb SSD
Gigabyte Z97n WIFI motherboard
Bitfenix prodigy m (white)
(Please recommend a good cheap gaming card, for around 12000 INR.)

Not really.i've built more than 10 hackintoshes and all of them are stable running 10.9 and a couple 10.10.
Your build seems to be okay.
For 12k I'd highly recommend the 270 or the 270x they work OOB and are a good value for the money.
Remember to use clover though.
