Hi, I would like to know if my Intel m.2 SSD with a M connector will work in my PC that has an M+B connector for m.2 SSDs. Thanks in advance!

Solution
Yes. That's the point of the M+B M.2 slots. They can take EITHER B keyed (PCIe 2.0 or older SATA) M.2 drives, OR M keyed (usually PCIe 3.0 or some SATA) M.2 drives. If you want to use it as a boot drive, just make sure you have a Gen 6 Board or later (H110/B150/H170/Z170). Some older boards (like Z97 boards) got PCIe boot support, but not all.
