Does a Mini itx Motherboard fit in a Mid tower case?

A mini itx motherboard CAN fit in a mid tower case, but it doesn't fit in that case.
That case only fits ATX and MicroATX (mATX) motherboards.

Though you shouldn't get a mini itx motherboard unless you actually want a mini itx size computer, as mini itx boards (and cases) are actually more expensive because they're not as widely produced.
