Does a moniter Make a difference in Cs go?

Does having a good moniter make a differece when playing competitive cs go? Im currently using a tv instead of a moniter and im looking at getting a moniter. If it does what is a good moniter to get? Im not looking to spend more than 300 euro. Thanks

A monitor doesn't really effect frames unless you go to higher resolution. A 60 hz monitor allows only up to 60 frames, while a 144 hz monitor allows 144, but I doubt you will even notice a difference.
