Question Does a monitor have an Hardware ID?

Hello,
I have a question Does a monitor have an Hardware ID and is this associated with windows? I am wondering this because i am buying a new pc soon and got hardware banned on my current pc. Should i buy a new monitor too? hopefully someone can solve this problem...

How you got your hardware "banned"? If some (game) site had banned you, it is most probably on your IP address.

Monitor' information is available for applications (you can see your monitor' name in the "Devices Monitor", so if your game is very nasty, your monitor could be part of your "signature".

No i surely know I am hardware ID banned, tried it on my laptop few weeks ago and had no problems. So I also have to buy a new monitor probably ;(... But what about keyboard and mouse btw?
