Question Does a radiator being upside down adversely effect cooling?

So hear me out; I see everyone mounting radiators upside down to the front of PC cases, but would the heat not better distribute if it was able to travel upwards as heat wants to into the fins where it can be dissipated? I get that people do it the other way mostly out of the necessity to fit it, but I'm still wondering. Im struggling to find anything online regarding this specific matter.

In the context of INSIDE the radiator, and the liquid moving within....up or down makes no difference regarding "heat rises".

The liquid is flowing through the tubes up and down and side to side already.
