Question Does a Samsung Odyssey G35T FreeSync monitor work with my PC ?

Wondering if a Samsung Odyssey free sync monitor works with my Lenovo ThinkCentre M93p i5 4570T? I have a dell 27 inch using a displayport cable and wanna hook up a 32 in FreeSync monitor also. I have another displayport and vga available.
