Question Does all Amd Ryzen 7 3700x comes with Stock cooling fan?

I recently happened to get pricing for an desktop PC, assembled one, one of the shop fellow mentioned about the Stock fan not available for AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3rd Gen, not sure what GHz. Could i know if all the AMD Ryzen 7 comes with stock fan?

Ah okay, was wondering why. Checked with another hardware shop, they mentioned about having that AMD having stock fan. Thank you.

Those are supposed to be decent actually. I just ordered one to put on my older 1700x to see if maybe I can overclock it a little.
