It's all compatible, but I would make a couple of tweaks
- change the laptop hard drive to a desktop drive
- change the motherboard to this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-ga970aud3p
- change the power supply to a better quality unit
- get the 2gb version of that 270x

Get an ATX tower for your mobo, and get a good XFX 550W PSU or 650W. They are much better quality.

Yeah this too - that mobo won't fit in that case
