Does Amazon have free returns?

I have read about their return policy but I am not very clear about it. Im planning on ordering a power supply and Im worried if I get a DOA one I have to pay for the return fee. Does Amazon charge for return if you received a DOA?

If you buy direct from Amazon, and not a 'reseller', then no, they do not charge you.
Generally within 30 days, for any reason.

I've never had them charge me for a return under those circumstances.

But if you buy a quality PSU, you probably won't have a DOA.
