Work well with the gtx 650tiBOOST??

Putting in the GTX650 would disable the onchip 8570, would be a fair improvement in GPU performance.

You shouldn't do that unless you have the APU already. If you have the APU already then yes, it's fine. But if you haven't bought them yet FX-4350 or i3-3220 would be a MUCH better option.
