Does AMD GPUs comes with drivers ?

So if I buy an AMD GPU (gigabyte, MSI, asus.....) It will come in a box, right ?
And will it come with a driver in a form of CD or any form ?
I had a problem with an AMD GPU before (radeon HD m7400 to be exact) where I download and install drivers form everywhere, from HP and AMD itself (yes, it's an HP laptop) and the GPU keep on sleeping, making the laptop using that crappy integrated GPU on the CPU instead.
Just tell me if I'm gonna have to deal with this problem again and I will switch to nvidia.

Hi, AMD desktop graphics cards do indeed come with a driver CD, but the latest drivers are available from the AMD website. The reason you had issues with the laptop graphics card is because unlike desktops, laptop drivers are mostly not universal for graphics cards. But desktop graphics cards are universal, they have drivers that will work on any kind of desktop, as long as you have the correct versin for your operating system. :)

Is there's still anyway to get my laptop back to life ? Or I'm gonna play Bejeweled all the time ???
