No. It will work fine, but the r5 230 is not a good card, it wont ever give excellent performance.

Absolutely and completely YES! As simple as that.........the r5 230 is an entry level card that draws power directly from the pci X16 slot without additional power requirement.And your PSU is 550w, i used to run a GTX 660 on corsair VS 450W!
