Question Does AMD Ryzen 7 5700G output sound on the motherboard HDMI output?

Looking to simplify my desktop and get a monitor with speakers built in. I don't game and don't really care too much about sound quality, so just trying to figure out if sound will also join the video on the motherboard integrated HDMI or Display Port output?

Yes. Simple answer for a straight forward question. Both HDMI and Displayport carry audio.
