Does an 8 core processor require water cooling?

I'm planning on buying the AMD FX-8350 8-core processor for my computer build. My only question is, does something that powerful require water cooling? Or will a strong CPU fan work just fine?

And with either answer, and recommendations on what cooler I should buy?

the 8350 is a warm cpu but its does not require a liquid cooler its also not that powerful the hyper 212 evo will do just fine

hahaha no one does i put it as a reference to show you that even it doesn't need liquid cooling
