Does an ASUS graphics card have to go into an ASUS motherboard?

Does an ASUS graphics card also have to go with an ASUS motherboard, or will it work with any motherboard?

No it does not. You can use any board partner card you want. There really is no benefit from using an asus gpu with an asus mobo, besides maybe assured asus aura rgb support. However most cards with rgb support that software.

No, any GPU can fit into any motherboard as long as it has a PCI-e slot.
