Buying it new? Look at the ryzen 1300X, a decent b350 mobo like the asrock pro4 and 2x4gb of 2800 ram min.
Try the corsair cx 450 2017 psu.
With this, no issues of bottlenecking.

That cpu will struggle with the latest cpu heavy games. If it was brand new it was a bad buy, if cheap second hand it might be ok. Problem with that cpu is its really weak core performance. There are modern cheap CPU's which perform much better. The whole FX range is based on 6-7 year old design that was average when new.
