The catch with all AMD CPUs is how heavily dependent the games you want to play are on single-threaded performance. In the most heavily single-threaded games, even an FX overclocked to 5GHz still loses to an i3.

Depends on the game but for the most part it should be little and likely unnoticeable with those cards. Anything faster then it may get noticeable depending on the resolution and refresh rate.
