Ok according to the manual, if you use a PCI express x4 m.2 it is 32Gbps Intel Optane or Samsung 960 Evo for example.
If you use a SATA m.2 like the Samsung 850 Evo, then the SATA 5 is disabled and routed to the m.2 at sata 3.0 speeds, SATA 0 -4 will still be available for HDD SSD DVD etc.
The two speeds share the interface, not the bandwidth. M.2 is a form factor not a speed reference you need to know which you are buying.
