Question does an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6 require UEFI?

I am sorry for bothering you guys, but today i really fried my brain/eyes on google searching about GPUs et similia!
I literally see double and I stumbled on clashing opinions.

my Windows 7 was installed in Legacy BIOS mode,
do I have to reinstall Windows/my apps to run a Manli Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GDDR6?

my system:
Motherboard: HP Memphis-S SSID:2AF7
Chipset: Intel H87 (Lynx Point)
BIOS version: AMI 80.22
BIOS date: 11/11/2015
Current gpu: GeForce GT 640 (through PCIe v3.0 x16)

BIOS is UEFI capable according to hwinfo but I would gladly avoid a complete reinstall of everything!

OK my conclusion is that it doesn't matter if my Windows 7 is installed in Legacy mode.
What matters is that my motherboard can talk both "languages" (Legacy and UEFI) because it has to talk with the GTX1650 firmware and this might speak only UEFI being a 2019 card

I guess I was lucky in 2014 to get this Pegatron Memphis-S 2AF7
