Does an RMA on a PSU require the original screws?

I've got a Rosewill PSU that came with screws when I bought it (like all PSUs do). It's having problems, so I'm going to send it in for an RMA. Rosewill actually told me that they will replace it, so they need all the original items back. For the four screws, do I need to send them in as well? I assume that I do, but I don't have the little bag that they came in anymore.

What's the best way to store them in the box along with the PSU? Or do I need to send them in at all? I'd imagine that Rosewill has plenty of screws, and that they aren't in short supply? Has anyone ever had an RMA rejected because of missing screws? Or even, because of missing pieces of paper that originally came with the PSU?
 
Make sure you have everything that came in the box. You don't want them to screw you over over something small, but you are in fault. Put the screws in a ziplock baggie, or screw them into the psu out of your case.
 
The way i made sure that all my stuff was in my psu rma is going into the booklet and seeing everything thats "in the box". Usually thats what they look for, like a software cd or something.

I noticed in the booklet that it says "5 cable ties". I'm pretty sure I used these cable ties already. I'm guessing that they don't have to be returned, especially considering that I can't return them anyway (since they're in use, I'd have to cut them). Would be pretty incredible if the RMA was rejected due to these missing items though, that's for sure.
 
I dont know about that one, haha. You should be good to mail it if everythings in it. excluding cable ties, those are less expensive than the screws.

At most, I would include a note that the ties are used, unless you are refunding it, not returning it.
