[SOLVED] Does an SD panel mount device exists?

I need an SD card slot on my computer so I wanted to put an USB to SD converter plugged into my motherboard header than using an extender cable with PANEL MOUNT to an empty expansion slot I would have made a hole in to fit that extender. That way I would have an SD card slot on the back of my computer.

Is there a device such as this for SD cards?

This is for putting in a 5.25in drive bay but my case doesn't have any.

That is exactly what I would need but it is not in sale anywhere...
Looks like its sold out and they no longer manufacture those.

What I did was search for "pcie sd card reader" then searched the images for cards with the port on the back.
