does anybody happen to know about drivers after an OS reinstall?

hi computer people.
good to see you.

does anybody happen to know if you install drivers, then reinstall windows and the driver folders are still physically there on the drive, would this affect your drivers in any way if you were to "reinstall the same drivers", overwriting the file folders of the old drivers?

can't get my drivers to all work

un-install and delete everything old and then retry the install.

how do you UNINSTALL DRIVERS?
1. add/remove programs
2. device manager?
3. manaually delete installation folder?
4. uninstall all drivers section?
5. other?

go to add remove programs and if they dont show up there then it will be a manual deletion of the files.
