I just haven't been able to find any reviews for this single fan version and wanted to know if it's worth the $210 I've found one going for. I'd be pairing it with a Ryzen 5 2600 and ASRock B450 Pro4

Honestly, a single fan 1650Super will equal just about any other single fan 1650Super, I wouldn't get too hung up on specific reviews.

$210? I'm assuming Canadian? If it's US, that's vastly overpriced.
If Canadian, that's the cheapest I've seen one going for, new. Typically <$230 CAD you're looking at single fan designs, and I wouldn't really bother differentiating between them - they're all going to be within 1-2% of each other in terms of performance.
