Whenever i play games or while working in Maya after 10-15 minutes my system shows blue screen error and it reboots.

my system configuration is :-
M/B Intel_DG_41_RQ
RAM KINGSTON 2 GB
PCI EXPRESS CARD PX_9600_GT 1 GB DDR3
CPU INTEL CORE 2 DUO 2.80 GHZ

when i Google searched it was mentioned that there might be driver problem with 9600 gt and some said that we should install xp 64 bit for the solution.

we tried both but we got nothing.so please tell me the solution for this problem

Hmmmm,well,,you can do 1 or 2 things 1,reinstall your video drivers,do a clean [complete shutoff uninstall 1st] or you can also click on my computer,system,advanced,at which point you will see a choice for debugging selection, open it up and uncheck automatic reboot,then next BSOD you might get the complete error message,altho it sounds like your nvdisp.dll ?? is the culprit,or a possible memory address problem??.
