Does anyone have the exact dimension for an ATX i/o and PCI slot plate?

I need exact measurement for the plate that goes on the back of an ATX case. I need to know where and how big all the holes are. I have for the ATX spec .pdf but it doesn't tell everything. Imperial or metric will work. And no, I do not a have a case to go measure.

I've got the hole for the i/o shield. What I need is the dimensions for PCI slots and there relation to the i/o hole. Unless I missed it, that info isn't in that .pdf.

This is when you go down to Goodwill and buy a broken $20 PC. Measure the case.
Or buy a new $20 case from Newegg, and take it apart.

You'll also need the spacing for the PSU, specific motherboard location and screw holes, etc, etc.

What are you trying to do? If you're building a custom case from scratch, use an existing one as a template.

I'm modeling a custom ATX case. There is no real hurry on it as it's just for fun. I have all the measurements for the PSU, motherboard and drives. I am building a PC but I'm too impatient to wait for that case to get here. I've never built one before.

Assuming the USA, Amazon, and you could have it tomorrow. Literally.

It might be a couple of months before I actually have enough money. I don't feel like waiting that long to do the model, though I technically could. I could order the case now, but I'm 100% sure on it.
