Does anyone know a cheap quiet pc case

Does anyone know a gaming pc case that has a window and good looking under $60? And I want it to be quiet to so, if there's anything quite PLZ tell me or if there isn't just tell me good cases under the price of $60

Any case can be quiet if you put quiet fans in it.

The Corsair SPEC-02 is a good case with a side panel for the price. "Good looking" is pretty subjective, though. What I think is "good looking" you might think is ugly.
