Eh, i'd say they would be fine even with smth like bq! SP9 with this build assuming they don't plan to upgrade it extensively. But sure, better PSU wouldn't hurt.

Maybe if it were a U9. I automatically filter out PSUs that are 230V only. When I started at Corsair, we had that 230V only VS Series and that thing was nothing but trouble. Sure, most of the problems had to do with the housing only being .6mm thick so if you dropped a feather on it, it would deform and the fan would scrape, but also whenever someone's mains would drop below 190V for more than a second, the PC would shut off.
