Question Does anyone know a way to fully clean tempered glass side panels?

I have the cooler master h500 case. I thought that the tempered glass would have wrapping over it that I could peel off, so I wasn’t afraid to touch it when I was putting it on my case. But apparently I was wrong, there was nothing on the glass and I ended up getting finger prints all over it. I figured that isopropyl alcohol and the provided lint free cloth could clean it, so I gave that a try. It technically did get rid of the finger prints and make it look better, but it still left marks that are bothering me a lot. I was thinking of simply replacing the tempered glass, but cooler master doesn’t sell replacements. Does anyone know how I can fully clean the tempered glass so there are no marks?

Windex and a microfiber towel should clean it.

If there is damage to the glass itself, that won't be fixed by cleaning it.
