Question Does anyone know how to do photo editing really well?

I don't know how to make these images "identical" as of the size and orientation as well as the color.
The difference between the two being that one is opened and the other is closed.
Needs to have transparent (no) background and be 128 pixels x 128 pixels.
Please Help!

Have to admit I only got about 4 episodes in with Jodie Whittaker.

I didn't appreciate the rote formula that each episode had. For such a distinct collection of people, they all seemed to have the same voice. Literally didn't matter who said the dialogue, and I swear they were taking turns. Every single guest actor played it so blandly that there was no tension. Doctor Who, crazy stuff happens, and everyone is just seemingly calm and ready to go along (more so than normal) Coupled with everything else the director/writers were going for, I can see why it hasn't been popular.

Nothing but good things about Tenant, Smith, and Capaldi. Good actors taking you along for the ride.

The image on the left you need to make a sqaure first by increasing the width of the background. The one on the right you need to crop to be a sqaure. Both will then reduce to 128px square

I was in photography for a long time but I realized that I was not interested in that anymore and I wanted more.
So now I'm into video processing.
