Does anyone know how to Fix a ViewSonic VA720 out of range error?

I was on windows And i booted it up.
my monitor says Out OF Range with H:53.6 KHz and V: 85.1 HZ
i can still hear the sound but there is no display.
I was messing with the display and i put it to the lowest resolution.
please help me ASAP

that vertical refresh rate is too high, you need 75hz max.
Enter into safe mode and change it there.
