[SOLVED] Does anyone know how to install windows 10?

I've brought a download code for Windows 10, I'm a little confused on what I need to do next. Do I need a USB stick? Do I need to get a optical drive as I don't have one? I'm stuck in the bios page and not sure how to leave it, it loops me back into it every time I exit. How do I get to the windows installation page? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks

You will need a USB drive(preferably a 16GB one), download and Right click installer>Run as Administrator, Windows Media Creation Tools, then let it do it's thing(choosing the pen drive as your destination drive).

Thanks for your reply I have ordered a 16 GB USB drive and it should be with me later on tonight. Hopefully I can install it then, thanks again
