Does anyone know if newegg will honor my claim?

I just recently bought all the parts for a new computer and the shipment just arrived. The problem is, the package was missing the ram that I ordered. I filed a claim and right now it's being processed, will they decline it?

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right sub-forum.

I've never heard of Newegg treating anybody bad within their 30 day period. They always have excellent customer service, I'm sure, even in a situation like this. Though I've never had to return literally anything yet, or have something like this happen either.


Might the RAM be in another box, still on its way? Only Newegg knows for sure...
 


I sure hope so, but I would like to leave this question open for an answer from someone else who may of had this experience before.

Yeah, I had to create an account to ask this question myself because I couldn't find many people who had this issue before, it was either the item comes in another package or their entire package was lost during transit.

Either someone from purolator popped open my box, stole the ram (cheapest part in the package so it seems silly to steal that one while leaving the rest), then resealed it without there being any evidence for tampering (so this scenario is unlikely) or newegg made a mistake and didn't put it in the package.

Speaking of which, they used a cheap thin cardboard box and stuffed it with crumpled paper as protection, I hope my motherboard isn't damaged.
