Does anyone know if this [PIC] is a problem. Heatsink pipe touching capacitator?

Hey folks!
Are MB cabacitators capped with something that doesn't lead any electricity? Or will the fact that my CPU coolers pipe that is touching a capacitator burn everything down 😀

It is just touching it not pressing or anything.

(I am building mini ITX in case ml08)
Same think happens around the other corner with the installation brackets for the CPU :/ 🙁.

Solution
if it were me I would put a small strip of electrical tape on the heat tube. I do not think the outside of the cap is conductive, but it may just be a thin layer of paint. either way an insulator between would not hurt. liquid electric tape would be ideal.
heat from the pipe may/will heat the cap.

Thanks and great idea. However turning the cooler 180 degrees around solved my problem :)
