Does anyone know much about BIOSTAR motherboards?

Is this board any good..

gonna try to slap on a Socket AM2 AMD athlon64 3800+

with 1gb patriot ram DDR2 800

and a PCI-E video card.. 7300 gt perhaps.

just info on board is any good.. if biostar is any good..
and the LAN marrvell??..

Biostar is a good budget brand. I have had very little in the way of issues with their boards. They are not the best, but they are not bad either.

i bought a budget $50 board BIOSTAR nF4 board 2 years ago it has been running in my server 24/7 since with NO issues.
