Does Anyone know of any free web hosting that allow you to upload files?

Hi i was just curious if anyone knows of any free web hosting sites that allow you to upload files like web.com or wix.com but allow you to fully edit the website through coding. Or if not an easy way to host the website my self and how to set it up. I want this so that I can create JavaScript games so people can play them.
