also i really hate all the app stuff in windows 10 as i mostly only reade alot web browser, games and movies show, netflix, ect.

nbow back to my question are there any good programs to speed up windows 10? also are there any good programs to lock down security and all the app garbage that goes on in windows 10?

also any good links to articles i can read will be helpful as well to

I use Ccleaner for cleaning up the garbage and stuff all apps, installers and services leaves behind. It's a simple UI, it's fast and it doesn't do much harm if you delete too much with it...
There are utilities that also helps you find and disable "spying" and rather useless ad-like apps. You can try and find one on here that suits your needs.
