Need help to resolve this issue that is showing up in ntbtlog

" BOOTLOG_NOT_LOADED \SystemRoot\System32\drivers\dxgkrnl.sys"

I have checked SFC no issues and updated graphics driver and windows update and have exhausted google search as nothing that relates to my issue.
any help here would be really appreciated . thanks for looking.


Windows 10. I have not updated OS full but have not installed latest update for version 20H2 I'm still using version: 10.0.18363.
