It will be very difficult to get a new 1150 socket motherboard now. You probably can get it on the resale market, but not sure how long it will last and most if not all will be out of warranty.

Most coolers will be compatible with a range of motherboard sockets.
Lga1150 is no different.
Your I5-4570 is not an overly hot processor since it can not be overclocked.
