Does anyone know what this means

Not sure if this is correct forum or not, but about a week ago I started getting stuttering and freezing when playing games. On occasion I would have to push the power button to restart the PC. Here is the error: kaby Lake PCI Express Root Port #10 - A2B1 driver not working

I've tried to reinstall the drive but windows keeps saying I have the most update to date driver and has me restart. I restart and look in device manager and the error is still there. Sometimes I can game for a while and it's fine, and other times i run the game for a few mins and it starts freezing and stuttering until I shut it down. Is this CPU or graphic card related? Would reinstalling windows help? Thanks for any help anyone can provide

It's probably included with chipset driver, try downloading new one from MB's manufacturer site.

Thanks for the reply. Tried that a little bit ago and didn't work. I may try reinstalling everything later and see if that works. I also contacted the MB manufacturer since I have a 1 year warranty.
