[SOLVED] Does anyone know what this thing is sticking out on top of my Gpu screw?

This weird idk black sticker like thing is sticking out on top of my GPU backplate it seems to me like a sticker or something
does this look normal
Just curious what this thing is on my gpu

It's just a sserial/model number don't worry about. Though I admit that is a rather weird location to put it in, usually it's location smwhere more available visually on a backplate, side/top or bottom of the gpu.
