Does anyone know where i can uninstall the Speedlink Black Widow Flightstick drivers?

Solution
the simplest way is to try the controllers installer often they will have a install/repair/remove option.
or use the uninstaller that should be in the controlers software folder.
if that doesnt exist. then disabling, then uninstalling the driver from the device manager, then removing the associated files and folders from the programfiles(x86) then cleaning the registry and rebooting should so the trick.

if the reg cleaner doesnt find anything you may have to search the registry manually and remove any relevant leftovers (potentially dangerous if you dont do it right)
