[SOLVED] Does anyone know which software displays this system resource monitor ?

Hello everyone,
I had this monitor overlay thing that just appeared in the upper right corner a few months ago and I liked it but now it just disappeared and I have no idea what program its from.
Because of the colors of it I was thinking Geforce Experience but cant find it anywhere in that program.
Hope someone recognizes it so I can get it back

Thank you but that is way too bulky. All i want is the tiny bar shown in the picture thats why Im asking if anyone knows that specific program

If you Press Win+G, you can get the XBox overlay and there you can pin the performance tab and shrink it to a smaller size...
