My New Rig is Soltek Qbic 3401 w/P4 2.6C Stock Fan
No display card at the moment, any suggestions?
Maxtor SATA 80G HD
Lite-On Combo Drive

I bought 2x256 Dual DDR400 CL3 Kingston valueram.
What is the max voltage I could set to these type of ram?
When OCing, what is the timing I should set?

How do I set the max voltage for the CPU?
Anyone has similar setup?

5900ultra/5950ultra i don't consider them to be an option because their extra memory over the standard 5900 isn't useful. By overclocking the 5900 non-ultra, you could get better performance than the ultra, why not save 150 dollars US, for the same performance.

Thanks for your advice, what about the voltage? And I read about CPU ratio being 1:1, where can I found this option?

You won't be able to use 1:1 to overclock since your ram won't overclock much, therefore set CPU voltage to 1.7, Dram ratio to 5:4 in bios it may say 320mhz, just choose that, then increase the FSB to 250. For timings you just have to tweak it yourself, keep lowering it until computer stops posting.
