i have a Asrock X99 OC Formula and 5820K. The manual says it support 128G memory. I would like to update the memory to "Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 DRAM 2666MHz".

Is anyone already success with 4x16G?

If yes i would like to buy another asrock X99.

Thanks!

Might check with the Rock to ensure they have 16GB stick compatibility in the BIOS, mosty of the 16GB stick set that have been released are aimed at Skylake (socket 1151) I haven't really been checking compatibility on X99

Thank you for your reply which just make me realize that it relates not only to mother board, but also CPU. So I can only use 4X16G, not 8X16G?

You need a processor with 40 lanes to get the full benefit of the 2 card X16 throughput. The second Card set (to make a total of 4) will be handled by the Multiplexing chip on the Motherboard once it recognizes all four cards. Read the manual for the 4 card configuration placement.
Core i7-5820K reports 28 lanes, and you won't get full bandwidth (won't get a full 2 card X16 solution).
Please don't let these tech companies take advantage of your ignorance. Investigate up front or check multiple online postings before you buy.
